Biography
Dr. Yushi Lan is a postdoctoral researcher at the Visual Geometry Group, University of Oxford, working with Prof. Andrea Vedaldi. I received my Ph.D. from Nanyang Technological University, advised by Prof. Chen Change Loy at MMLab@NTU. Earlier, he earned my B.Eng in Software Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
Research Interests
His research interests lie in the intersection of computer vision, computer graphics, and machine learning, particularly in inverse graphics powered by neural rendering, including 3D generative models, shape analysis and 3D avatar, etc.
Current Research Project
Currently working on physical-aware vision foundation models and their applications in 4D reconstruction, generation, tracking, and robotics.
